DIY Bumper Repair
While parked on the street, somehow someone damaged my bumper. Im not quite sure what they has attached to their car that made these holes.
What would be the best way to DIY fix it?

Looks like some sort of hitch. I would sand it down, fill it, then paint, cut, then polish. I believe there are a lot of diy videos/guides out there.

When I lived in Milwaukee, people actually used the bumpers to "Bump" one another...
If you have not done any paint correction or body work in the past, I would just fill it with touch up and call it a day. |

If you have no experience with paint correction but still want something better than touch-up paint, find someone in your area who does micropaint, which is essentially small repairs that most body shops won't bother with. I've had some really good work done in the past, and the prices are usually reasonable.
