Calling all Bimmerpost members....
We are in the process of organizing one of the bigger meets the Midwest has seen (at least on these forums ).

WHO: This meet is open to ALL Bimmerpost members along with any guests (but you should plan on only driving your BMW or MINI as we must pay per car that shows up). If you have a cousin with an e39 M5, bring him along... a niece with a Z3, bring her too. We encourage ALL BMW owners to come out!

WHERE: The beautiful Wisconsin Dells. I will be providing a few links for groups to get either hotel rooms blocked off or if you have several people who want to bunk together you can get a cabin/house (that sleeps up to 20 people) for a lot less per person than a room.

Our actual "meet" location will be held at the Big Sky Drive In Theater at N9199 Winnebago Rd, Wisconsin Dells, WI and there will be PLENTY of space for us.

Travel times to the Dells should look like this if you drive about 60mph:
Milwaukee = 2 hrs
Chicago = 3 1/2 hrs
Twin Cities = 3 1/2 hrs
Des Moines =5 1/2
Indianapolis = 6 hrs
St. Louis = 7 hrs
East Lansing, MI = 7hrs

If you are coming from further away, I can find you some (hopefully free) accommodations for Friday evening if its more convenient to arrive then.

WHAT:
Our meet will consist of about 3-4 hours of checking out everyone's cars, photos, lunch (graciously provided by the folks at WSTO) and then some contests/raffle items being awarded towards the end). Our two local sponsors WheelSTO and Eurocharged Performance will have "booths" with some small merchandise on sale and info on their products as well as some free promo items for everyone to have. After the meet ends we will then be partaking in a Wisconsin Dells tradition of MINI GOLF @ Pirates Cove (located on the main strip in down town) for people who are interested. Then dinner will be a decision made afterwards and for those staying the night we will plan out a trip to a local bar and/or the Ho Chunk Casino not too far away.





WHEN: Meet will begin Saturday April 24th at 12pm
12pm - Meet at Big Sky Drive Inn
Appx. 4pm - Short Cruise followed by Mini Golf @ Pirates Cove
6:30pm - Dinner (location TBD)

After dinner some people will be heading home that night. If you choose to stay in the Dells over night, feel free to partake in some nightlife fun at a bar or possibly one of the Ho Chunk Nation's fine gambling establishments near by (sleeping will be optional) and then you can cruise out in the morning of the 25th (I'm sure we'll kind of decide that night at dinner where we want to go). If you want to stick around for a bit on the 25th, some of us will possibly try to meet up in the late morning for breakfast in the area before heading home.
