E92 335i Smoking from hood and exhaust, please help

Hello, I just bought a 335i with 120k miles and its a mess, I just did valve cover gasket, coils, spark plugs, and also had to adjust a rocker arm, my engine has a pretty bad leak and it is smoking pretty bad, so bad that its smoking through my vents, no overheating according to the gauges, and the engine does feel like its overly hot, Some people have said that it may be excessive oil burning off which you can see there is oil in the little holes near the injectors, but that wouldn't create a pool of oil like Im having right? The oil that drips is super hot you can see steam coming off of it, any suggestions or advice is very appreciated also the car is way overdue for an oil change but I will be getting that tomorrow

The car is a 2010 335i coupe
Here are the videos of my issue:

The valve cover gasket is very easy to screw up. If it seats incorrectly you're left with an oil leak that will drip down onto the exhaust manifold and make smoke.

It can also be a crack in the valve cover.

When I did the gasket only that did not solve all the leaks. I think some ultrasonic weld in the plastic came apart. It was an aftermarket Uro cover that solved the problem for me.
