Sorry for a delay mate, had quite a bit on my plate. I bought mine from Germany, used these guys http://www.individual-cars.com/en/home.html. They coded it to my car for me as well, all included in the price of the FRM3.

Which air duct do you mean, for the air to flow to the brakes?
I would suggest buying it as it would be better and would fit perfectly, when cutting you won't get the correct fit.

I done this conversion about 5 years or so ago, can't remember how much it all came to TBH. Will have to dig up the excel spreadsheets...

Perfect, when you are done I would be interested to see your progress, do you have a build thread?

I have done the conversion from E92 LCI SE to Msport 4 years now i think. Used a great guide someone wrote on this forum... very helpful.

My project started when some prat scratched my front bumper so I went via his insurance to get it repaired.

I spoke to the garage that since the SE bumper needs to be removed and resprayed would they mind if i gave them a used Msport bumper and they do a full respray and fit

Was no issues with garage and sold the damaged SE bumper to garage for £70 with the fog lights so garage also got a deal.

I bought a used but not cracked or damaged bumper on ebay for £120.
Pair of fogs lights about £75 ebay used.
Lower bumbler mesh £20 ebay used.
Pari of LCI bumber air ducts £20 from BMW dealer.

You need trim bit of plastic before the air ducts will fit.

Some people replace the undertray..you don't need to. There will be enough screws aligned to keep the bumper secured to under tray.

I found it better to buy the bumper and fog separately. Saw complete bumper with fogs and mesh for £400 but separately got them just over £200.
I guess the respray at garage will set you back about £250 to £300..

Once last point make sure you buy the correct bumper if you don't have front PDC..last thing you want is extra holes

Also make sure the used bumper has no damage.. seem some they ripped the area that screws bumper to car.

Personally would avoid clone aftermarket bumper as not sure about build quality and fitting alignment.
