i do exact same thing - it's safer anyway. bloody hell the other day we had terrible fog and there were drivers (including lorry drivers) with NO lights on whatsoever. nothing wrong with having your lights on...

Yep have to agree, I think that daylight running lights should be compulsory. It is so much easier to see an oncoming car - even in bright daylight.

I get absolutely livid when I see these idiots driving in fog with no lights at all. They dont know that they are on a death wish.
