Will want a third party PPI.
I have an E92 328i 6MT ZSP single hump, production date 9/2009 for sale. About as clean as you can get. Only non BMW mod is a magnaflow exhaust. New pilot sports, refreshed m3 suspension. New starter alt battery and IBS harness. All the normal needed maintenance done.

Nice. Need 4 doors, though.

GLWS!

What is the reason for limiting to Production date of 12/2009 or later?

So I'm actually open to some discussion on this. I know what my priorities are but I'm sure I don't know all the relevant facts.

I know the N52 has had a bunch of updates over time. As a matter of course, I want the latest possible. I haven't found a comprehensive list of the updates but 12/2009 is the latest one I've seen that might be significant (spark plugs).

Looks like the steering rack and fuel pump got updates in 2010 but I'm not aware that those would have implications for reliability, and I had to draw the line somewhere as this is already a unicorn hunt.

Unless the VIN decoder I used is wrong, that's almost none of what I'm asking for. Sorry.

Can't be mad about the hustle, though.

Good luck.

Just tried the VIN you posted in another decoder and got the same result. AWD, auto, not slicktop, not 12/2009+ prod date.

The thread title says RWD. But I see that I didn't repeat that in the post, and evidently I should have, so I added that. Thanks for (maybe inadvertently) bringing that to my attention.

No idea why the VIN decoders say auto.

Thanks, but I still have to pass on the car because it's not what I want on multiple points. GLWS though.

New to the forum but always scouring the classifieds. I was looking for the same thing, found and have started the process with a used car dealer in Georgia. I think I'm going to back out because I found a clean 11 N55 that's just too good to pass on. If you are still looking and want the details let me know. I had PPI at local bimmershop and willing to share

Take a look for yourself. Here are the notes from the PPI...hope price includes the CD

Test drove vehicle, scanned vehicle checking for faults, inspected vehicle on lift, took pictures of findings. Found battery recently replaced, also found front windshield PGW branded, no issue with windshield, factory brand is Pilkington. Found start stop button border peeling, rear left door panel has blemish towards the top, front and rear bumpers have been resprayed, some over spray around headlights and trim pieces, all rotors have been repainted, and brake pads have been replaced with no brand name showing, oil pan gasket leaking oil LIGHTLY at rear area near transmission. Found front left tire dated 2018 with 6/32 tread depth, front right tire dated 2013 with 3/32 tread depth, left rear tire dated 2013 with 3/32 tread depth, and right rear tire dated 2022 with 7/32 tread depth. All tires branded continental except for right rear tire branded blackhawk street-H. Found country music CD disc in radio. Overall the vehicle is in good condition, no apparent accident damage or major repairs. Vehicle drives like new except for no name brake pads and repainted rotors having less bite when brake pedal is applied.

Sincere thanks, man. Getting the ball rolling. Do you have those pics?

That's awesome. Thanks again, man.

Here's a burner email. Any chance you could send copies of the PPI? I'll chat with you further from there.
