Are my shocks still good?

I just replaced my stock shocks with Koni Yellows and was wondering if there is any way to tell if my old shocks are still good or not. I do not see any visible leaks of any kind and when I press down on the shocks they come back up. Is there any way to know for sure if these are still good or if I should just toss them? Thanks in advance for any info.

I don't know. I got them with my H&R sport springs used.

If you have room I'd keep them if you ever need to go back to stock but it's hard to tell if shocks are still good just from looking or compressing them.

Ok, lowering springs with stock shocks on a 2006 models. I would probably say they are pretty toasted...
