Wired up the radium set up.

It is just wired up to have 1 pump on the drivers side like normal. That pump feeds the radium bucket on passenger side.
I hooked both pumps to be triggered off the ekp fuel pump wire.
Im going to see if I can hook the 2nd pump to be turned on by being triggered off my meth controller. Its got a dial to be turned on by boost which is already set up and would be a 5 minute job. It can be set to turn on from 3psi to 20psi. Not sure how the progressive setting would work on a fuel pump.

For now waiting for the an lines which should be here monday. Might start fixing the exhaust tomorrow.

Its the same temperature nearly everyday. Normally 30-33 degrees. You just sweat alot in the wet season.

Good for intercooler testing as ambients are always the same.

Now going get this exhaust fixed and test the new pumps!

Re-done my exhaust.

Made it sit much higher.
Removed slip joint.
Removed dodgy doubled up 2 bolt flanges on one side.
Removed bracket with 15mm bolt hanging low.

Just need 4 gaskets and bolt it in and put the floor brace back up.

I am going for a drive tomorrow should be able to pump it up to 20psi on pump fuel.

Normal cars yeah. I fixed one thing then thought I was right to go. Lucky Ive got a list. Must do before 5krpm transbrake launch list.

The fuel parts turned up today.

I painted the exhaust with some 500degree paint and installed it.

I put some of the fuel lines together but I was short 1 -8 straight fitting and Im waiting for the quick fit adapter to turn up from another shop.

Golebys stuff always turns up in 2-3 days but some of these muppets in melbourne take 2-4 weeks as they say everything is in stock then must order the parts from the usa.

Anyway made good progress.
It just needs 2 fittings to be up and running again.

Installed 2 oil coolers.
They are both pwr 280x280 oil coolers.

I had 1 installed in the wheel arch already but added the 2nd oil cooler today.

They are both for the transmission.
1 in the wheel arch has a fan mount.
The 1 in front of intercooler doesnt have a fan.

I still need a temperature sensor to see what temperature the transmission gets up to. If I need a fan Ill put one on in the wheel arch.

Few photos of it installed.
Had to make 2 brackets to fit 1 oil cooler. Turned out pretty good.

Its drivable now.

I had a takata airbag booked in Friday but missed it.
The next spot was 6 weeks wait. I said no thanks. I might strip it this year anyway.

I will book in with a guy from the drags to look over my work and put it on a dyno. Might be this week might be next. I need to set up 2 step and move meth bung. But its ok to drive around town.

The car flys and jb4 worked putting boost into it. I'm just waiting for 1st drag meet.

Heading out for a drive today see how the other maps go. Going to try map 2 and 3 ect checking afr, iat timing ect.

Ive got upgraded fuel lines from the tank to hpfp now.
-8an then down to -6 into the hpfp. I have a spare -8 ready for port injection just blocked off for now.

Its has 2 oil coolers for the transmission now.

Its booked in next Monday week for a check up and dyno if everything is working fine. Just going to do pump fuel as I dont really need power readings just check some logs doing some wot runs.
Not sure how the setup will be knock affected on pump fuel. Usa guys get 500usa hp so it should be around 400hp au dyno.

Changed engine oil and trans oil today.

Went for 70 80km drive.
Done a bit of logging.

Map 1 14 psi
Map 2 16 psi
Map 3 18 psi

They are suposed to be a bit higher psi for the map so i need to look at the logs and see what's going on.

Runs well/ absolutely flys.

Ambients were 37c at the hottest then went down to 34c.
Iats while cruising lowest low 90f after spraying a bit of water cruising. Generally 105f average. Goes down in temp wot so far. Hasnt gone higher running 18psi up to 140km.
So intercooler works.

Next step more boost.
