Engine under tray for for E93 335i SE

My old DVD ETK has stopped working & all the on line versions seem to be missing half the part numbers & descriptions, like here http://www.bmw-etk.info/parts-catalo...173/51/51_5860

The number 1 on that isn’t listed, nor is 20.

My E93 335i SE was made in June 2007 & was missing the cover so I don’t know exactly what I’m looking for. The number 2 on that link seems to be what I need from 2007/02 is says 51757135287. I hope it’s just that I need.
A new genuine one came up on eBay but it says it for an LCI, I didn’t think mine was an LCI.

I’d rather get a used one but it seems its only one from my exact car that will fit...

I noticed there are copy under trays on eBay, they just say for E93 but I suspect they would need modding to fit any car!

Thanks, but as I said everything I have looked at is missing lots of parts, the diagrams all the same & they all show lots of bits that have no listings for part numbers below. Realoem at least had the numbers grayed out on the diagrams. I guess it the same diagrams for lots of different models so is only showing the parts for a 335i on my search.

At least all the different sites give the same part number for the bit I think I need!

Hey Andy, I'm in the exact same boat, except my 2007 e93 335i auto stock is a Jan '07 build, which means the shield has a different part number, which happens to be even rarer to find. Still searching for answers.

So I narrowed it down to either taking the hit for $150-$250 for the exact part number or getting an e92 shield and modding it to fit my e93. But I can't know for sure if the e92 will fit the e93 sans a few new holes which I'm perfectly okay to drill. The difference in prices would make it worth it. I'm worried though that the length of the e92 shield may in some places be a few inches SHORTER.

Did you get a solution for it since?

OP the engine undertray for your car seems to be BMW part number 51758046340. The reason realoem shows grayed out numbers is that the exploded diagram is generic and only the numbers for your E93 model are shown in bold.

Sorry missed this, I eventually found a good used E93 one on eBay for £50. I had seen a few MSport ones & was holding out to get an SE one. But it had been so long I forgot that bit, so I just hit buy on the one that didn’t say, it was actually an MSport. As it turns out they actually bolt right on to an SE just leaving some small holes in the front corners. I made some little covers out of ally:

I think fitting an SE one to an MSport would actually work better as you would only have to cut those bits off to make it fit.

The E92 ones are really very different & would be much more work to make fit. The E92s don’t have the cross brace bars under the engine

so I’m not sure you could actually get an E92 one to fit at all, it’s not just a matter of different holes. Also those bars extend right out to the sills so the E93 under tray extends out to the sills to cover those bars.

It was this part I wanted covering most for UK winters with all the salt & mud on the roads.

As far as I know there is no real difference between any E93 one (bar the SE / MSport I mentioned) the one I got was off a 325i & it was just the heat proofing bit next to the exhaust needed bending back a little to clear on my 335i so I assume any part number differences would just be related to that.
