Retro Angle eyes/Halo ring

I want to upgrade to Angle eyes/Halo rings to my Halogen headlight assemblies, which only has side/parking lights in the inner headlamp.

I have Auto lighting or manual lighting control

Anyone have any info of how to wire/connect them to be lit permandently as later models etc.
