Who has changed out their alternator/alternator pulley on 335i?

Anyone here who has changed out their alternator or alternator pulley?

I'm getting a rattling/flapping noise and belt chirp when RPM goes up or down. I thought it was a bent valve or spun bearing but honestly, the car drives fine and from what I can discern, the sound seems like it is coming from the alternator.

I also do notice that the tension pulley is slightly vibrating as there is movement. Based on my research, the culprit appears to be the alternator.

I'm at 138k miles, anyone had this problem?

I've changed out all of my pulleys before.
Make sure the alternator pulley you get has 7 grooves.
