Need help with my 30FF code/boost leak (possible loose plug under my vacuum canisters

For the past day my car has had a "boost leak". The car doesn't go into limp mode and you couldn't tell there's a leak unless you step on it. The car is FBO, so the charge pipe is good.
Now the day it happened I couldn't find any reason why there's a leak under the hood. I checked again today and there seems to be a floating plug located under my vacuum canisters. Any idea what that is and where it plugs into, because I can't find anything on it. I'm thinking that's the problem with my boost.
Any help would be appreciated

It is as far as I know. I haven't had any overheating or cooling problems. Is that what the plug is for? I don't have a clue what that plug goes to or what it's for.

Assuming the connector is sorted by now... How have you determined you have a boost leak?
