325d auto jerkiness when shifting from D to R

So I had this issue after getting M3 subframe bushings. The car is a 325d auto with 90k miles. I though it was the converter because it also vibrates when approaching stop and just before shifting to first gear. Converter was fine and the oil was changed but that did not cure the issue.

When I am parked and shifting from D to R, the car jolts like it wants to move.
This car was nothing than a money pit, what it could be?

I will check them but the mechanic told me during the last service visit that they are ok
