Catless Downpipe in Ontario

Does anyone from Ontario know if our cars will pass the emissions requirements test if I add a Catless Downpipe? I have read posts that say both yes and no. Does the 2011 335i have a secondary cat so that it is alright to remove the one in the downpipe?

What are you guys in Ontario using? Cat or Catless? And what brand do you recommend?

Thanks,

2011 335i have secondary cats only if you have xdrive but you have a sedan, you might have them too. I k ow for a fact on the coupe, the i has only primary amd xi has primary and secondary.
As for emissions I still think you need cats to pass.
