335is E92 N54 engine sound

Hello all,

I just bought this car with 78k miles and not sure if the engine sounds normal or not? I heard that ticking sound means it needs a new injectors?

It has new coils and spark plugs.
The car drive great.

The puddle seems to be very sensitive when it's cold and on the first gear (manual) in the morning.

Anyway, can you guys hear the engine sound and tell me if it needs anything from your experience?

All help is appreciated. Thanks

Your car sounds perfectly healthy to me. The injectors are these cars are just loud from the start since they operate a pretty high PSI (up to 3000 PSI) i think. They don't need to be replaced unless you are having issues with fuel mixtures, misfires, etc. If you are having none of those issues then no need to replace a nearly $1800 set of injectors.

Well, whether people agree or not with VehicularDIY's views, take a look at this video on some of the problem you might encounter with the N54:

That's a great and healthy sounding N54T. Enjoy it and don't give in into the YouTube drama.
