I don't understand how there are too many badges? Most cars have badges on the side anyway, especially high end sports cars. Most car have badges on the passenger side of the dash, and a badge on the speedometer is nothing new. I know most tuners love to take logos and badges off ( I don't understand that either) and most tuners have bad taste anyway, moding their cars to where they look gaudy, ugly, with more accessories than any woman would have lol and end up only look good in the mind of the owner..which is fine, individuality. But to just say too many badges...ok fine....why? The 335is has in a way been moded by BMW themselves in a clean, simple and most importantly tasteful way. This is not a greasy hair gino rice rocket with 22" chrome rims. This is an elegant German machine. C'mon debate me. I like the badges, lets people know what you are driving. |

But BMW made these new mirrors because the mirrors on the older 335is apparently had terrible angles and drivers complained. When I was 19 I would have complained about the mirrors but I don't care about little things like that any more, they look fine.

I kind of one the fence with the wheels. I ordered a fully loaded 335is and the ONLY item I did add were the 19" wheel because I like the sportier style of the 18" double 5 spoke. If they came in 19" I would have got them but 19" are of a different style and if I wanted the 19" in my style I would have to order it after from BMW Performance. They look fine but I will probably end up getting 20" for the summer, the question is do I stick with BMW wheels or do I go aftermarket.

this will come out in e90 form too right? can't wait to see pix of that. but then by the time this come out. the new 3 series will come a yr or yr and a half later. i don't want to make the same mistake when i got my e46 zhp. after a yr or so, it was already obsolete.

This car looks like a typical segmentation exercise
When I look at this model I see BMW trying to grab some of the money people are spending on engine mods while throwing in a few simple exterior upgrades as a bonus. Who cares about black exhaust tips? The rear bumper cover looks very similar to the old aero part and the glacial silver interior trim was available in 2010. Nothing new there. The front bumper cover is an M Sport part with the fogs deleted. The interior looks the same as my 2010 M Sport E92. The 335is plate on the front dash even looks like a cheap add on. To me this is not even close to an M3 - more like a slightly upgraded 335.
