What parts/labor are needed for an M-tech front bumper?

Hey guys, I could really use some help from some one who has experience switching from the factory E92 front bumper to the M-tech front bumper. My car was in a front end collision and rather than have the insurance company put a stock bumper back on my car I am opting to have them do an M-tech bumper. The problem is the shop they are having do the repairs cant figure out what parts are required to make the M-tech bumper work. They are saying that it needs new fog lights, new brake ducts, possibly a new bumper support, etc etc. Does any one know exactly what parts are needed to do the switch? I was under the assumption that it was just a front bumper cover but maybe you guys can help me shed some light on this mystery. Thanks in advance for all of your help!

Nick

for e92 m-tec bumpers, you need to get h11-55w for perfect output. think of it this way, upgrade to mtec-bumper = upgrade in fog light output
