Can any of you guys with catless DP post up some more videos revving warm and then driving away with some shifting if possible. Really considering pulling the trigger and getting this exhaust but don't know yet... I'm in love with the sound of the BMW PE but the price tag is a little much for my taste which is why i'm considering the VRSF.

I'm going to be ordering mine sometime this week so once it's installed I should have some good videos for you guys. I'll be comparing it to my older stock exhaust vids, and my current secondary cat delete vids. I'll also take a video of the cold start, revving when warm, and a take-off. All of the above will be done with catless downpipes

I still got nothing for you guys... They ran out of y-pipes so my exhaust hasn't shipped yet. Hopefully it will make it here this weekend to get installed but I don't think it's looking too good

Unfortunately it won't just bolt up. If you go to any decent exhaust shop they can fab up a rear section similar to the HPF for less than a couple hundred bucks.
If you grow tired of the constant drone you'll have the revised exhaust to go back to How long have you had the exhaust on the car? The muffler tends to break in after a few hundred miles and it gets a bit louder. |

ive had it on for 2-2.5 months now with heavy driving, yes it has gotten a little louder but still not what i would like.
im sure it would take just minor adjustments to fit instead of fabbing up a whole new piece. |

It's not. I've posted a couple times as to why we won't release one but in short, the few concepts we've tried drone way too much and I'm not comfortable putting our name on a product I wouldn't/couldn't put on my own car.
We tried helmholtz resonators, straight through resonators and even an inline muffler and all configurations just droned way too much throughout the 2-3k RPM band. The only way to drive the car was to always be above 3700 rpms at all times which is ridiculous. |

Mine is getting delivered tomorrow and installed on Saturday. Mid next week I should have some short videos for you guys even though it won't be broken in just yet. Once it breaks in i'll be doing a full video with cold start, warm start & revs, and driving away.

I wouldn't mind having it with no muffler lol! I have a fully called setup with a muffler delete and no drone. Still has a bit of rasp even with dual resonators....still thinking about this exhaust and then removing the muffler. I really like the single design.
