Yes for sure. Being lowered on the coils doesn't help for sure.

Nope definitely not, lol. My thoughts are that you can get away with up to about maybe et35 on a 9.5" rear with 265s on sport suspension depending on your roads and how you drive. If you lower at all the offset has to increase a bit depending on how much you drop. An et33 would be normal for a lowered pre-LCI, which is 8mm skinnier on each side.

yep. FWIW, Apex recommends their 9.5" et43 on LCI 3 series if youre lowered or plan to drive it hard. Since you only rub from time to time it must not be too bad, I had another car that used to rub and wanted to play it safe this time so I went with the et43

I find the only time it rubs is if I bottom out so I actively look for it but sometimes dips in the road are hard to see as you know until you hit them once and make a note of their location.
