Tune options in Los Angeles areas

Hi,

I like to get opinions from tuners in the Los Angeles areas...
I did CBU at 71K miles, and had many injectors codes,
then recently at 84K miles injector #3 miss-fire code and engine stutters,
my indie sent all 6 injectors to cleaning shop, but they could
only clean 5 and replace #3. So far it is running good, no codes for 2 weeks now, and no more engine stuttering

What options and tune shops do I have in Los Angeles areas?
I've heard of many many tune options that allow the engine to run
cleaner with more power, but I have no knowledge of what they are or
how to get them done. Also, wouldn't any tunes make impossible for
the car to pass California smog check? Although, all the smog shops do
was to visual check the engine compartment, so as long as the tunes are not visible, and no codes then it will pass, right?

Please advise

Probably won't pass the snap throttle smoke test unless you get a tune for really clean and get a cat. Mine doesn't smoke at all under normal circumstances but does smoke a little in a snap test and the smell is an immediate dead giveaway, it's a jr 2.0.
