Does anybody know the total number of 335D US Models were produced?

If you search around, you can probably find the reference - it was in an EPA document where EPA was researching fuel contamination problems (broken HPFP) on VW TDI.

There were just over 10,000 335d imported into the USA/CA.

I can think of the following but you have to pick either sport or m-sport.
Sport package
M-Sport package
shifter paddles

M sport was also only available for US 335d in 2011 I believe, 2010 and 2009 had no m-sport

Just having an '09 makes is on the rare side. If you count it with all the 09s without a throttle, I think you get a grand total of 1, lol.

According to my build sheet, sport seats, sport wheel, and sport suspension were all separate options. So to have all 3 and no I drive is probably a unicorn

Seats, wheels, steering wheel and suspension always come together with the sport package. You can't get them separate on the d.
2011 M-Sports are most rare.

All of our 335d's are rare. Look at the older gen Acura nsx for instance which is iconic now.

8997 in USA
701 in Canada

I don't foresee the 335d back in the USA, hold on tight.
