I would do the LPFP upgrade and wait and see on the HPFP. You don't know if it will fail. If it does, it's not that difficult a DIY job to replace it. If it doesn't, then you saved yourself some money.

Thank you for the reply. Would you recommend the Stage II or Stage I. vehicle is eventually going to be a Single Turbo Car.

Defo stage 2. And most hpfp go between 40 and 60k. Ur lucky to be still going at 100k. Just wait till it goes...it's not that bad a job. Or u could do it now if u have the funds since ur preping for single snail....it's up to u. :-)

I'm not sure if mine was original or not(no records of it replaced from what I have seen) but my HPFP just finally went out since I've had the car(had it for 60k miles now, am at 180k). I feel like I got good life out of mine pushing E50 and stage 2 lpfp. Car was still driveable, just couldn't go into boost or it would buck like crazy.
