BMW Oil pouch

I know this sounds dumb but I really wanted the BMW branded oil pouch to keep a liter in the trunk. My local BMW dealer say they only come with the car when you buy it but I didn't get it (I guess since it was used?) and I can't buy it alone.

And I can't find it anywhere else in Canada online.

Is it true?

I actually called the other dealer in Ottawa and they can sell it.

This is why I hate dealers, probably because of that independent ownership shit.

Any dealer's Parts Department will sell it to you. It's like $8.

Yeah the other dealer sold it to me. 7$. I was actually surprised at that price, I was expecting 20$ overpriced.
