What would be a good price to negotiate to?

you could probably negotiate a few thousand off the sticker, look for any flaws in the car that could support your argument

^^An excellent strategy, even if you find flaws that don't bother you, say that it does. I would offer around ~31k to settle with 32-33 for top, and 1k less for btm. Since '09's are about to roll in, the dealer needs space for them, which translates to more savings for you

By any chance did you end up buying any of these two cars. How much were they willing to negotiate. Im in the same boat, currently looking for a used 2007 328 coupe.
