Received my license plate frame in the mail today. The packaging didn't have any padding or bubble wrap to protect the license plate frame during shipping. It was a little bent at the top of the frame and the sides show signs of some scratches. I was able to bend the frame back to shape, but not expecting the poor packaging.

I spoke with Bernard and we were able to agree to a suitable resolution to the situation mentioned above in a timely and friendly manner. He definitely puts customer service as a top priority and I appreciate that. Overall, I'm satisfied with the transaction.

Because it is engraved / etched into the only way to have red font is to color it after, so if you would like to be put on the list, then when you recieve it you can color it with a sharpie or paint or plastidip or whatever....

The honeymoon excitement died out pretty fast, but it is on going, i may update the post with how to buy just one if you dont want to wait until the list hits 10, we will see how this goes...
