ABS error clearing codes INPA

Hello All,

Sorry to post so soon.
Been messing with sons 2010 e90 316d.
Pulled out the Right rear abs sensor.Unplugged it as well. His problem seems to be ABS ring has corroded and rubbing against the sensor.
So tried the washer under the sensor in the hope to give a bit of time for the weather to pick up. Now theres no need to press DTC to stop it limiting the engine. Tracking control is off straight away. Alll the error light for a sensor failed abs etc.Is this due to unplugging the sensor?
Question would a general clear of errors on inpa clear the abs error or do I need to drill down to the DSC module? Some cars I have had in the past just driving has cleared the fault. (Not BMW's)

Have new sensor and ring but no time to do it at the moment.

Regards
Craig
