HELP...Ideas needed for installing european plate without drilling holes in bumper

Before i buy a European License plate i wanted to know if there is any possible way to install it without having to drill holes into the bumper so that my dad won't get upset. If anyone can give me some other ideas i would appreciate it. Thanks

^Ewww....OP if you look in the DIY section, search "look ma no holes", or something along those lines. There is a thread that uses a bracket from autozone or pepboys (one of those auto parts stores). Attches to the grill in the center of your front bumper and looks great.
