If the undercarriage isn't too rusty already, and the accident was minor, it's about the best optioned/color (imo) F31 out there.
F31 in Portland- no HUD, but specs, including Track Handling Package, are similar:

Dougs website is already pulling in a few cars it seems. Smart move of his to have his community support his new business.

Tell me about this site. Who is Doug? BAT rejected my Monaco for some reason. Maybe I should list the Crimson here??

Yes you should definitely it's a new website by Doug Demuro to compete wirh Bat it's meant for more modern enthusiast cars. Your wagon will definitely be accepted there. Email them about posting it I think they're giving out some money to early adopters of the site.

Website is ran by Doug demuro he's a quite famous car youtuber and reviewer. Get some nice pictures to post there

Do it! BaT isn’t the only game in town anymore. As E92William said he’s a popular YouTuber. Another YouTuber Hoovies Garage is listing cars on there and also has been plugging the site in his videos. Both channels have strong followings so the site is getting solid exposure.

Or sell it to me at steep discount since it's been for sale so long ;-). Wish it was on the east coast.

Officially listing my wagon for sale:
2012 328it, RWD
6 speed manual
Alpine white / black leather
Lightweight spec with value package only: manual heated seats, and single hump dash. At the risk of ticking off Joop (Jupiter), I’m going to call it an enthusiast build

I'm the second owner. I purchased it from a BMW dealership about 9 months ago. I picked up a new x3M Competition about 3 months ago. Was on the fence about keeping this and throwing that up on swap a lease, but going to try and sell this instead.

It has 66,1xx miles on it. I’ve put about 5k worry free miles on it.

It is 100% OEM and 99% factory as I installed a new OEM M-Sport steering wheel / sport airbag and a mint used set of the brushed steel trim out of the e90 M3. The car will come with the original mint non-sport steering wheel and airbag as well as the original wood trim.

The car has had no paint or body work other than the bumpers being resprayed by the BMW dealer where I purchased it.

I had 3 minor dings PDR'd by the guy who does Princeton BMW's cars. There are a few very minor chips on front end and one small chip on the passenger side front door. The passenger side rear door has a few scrapes on the bottom that I feel a good wet sand could improve if not completely remediate - my detailer doesn't do wet sanding unfortunately.

Listed on BMW CCA for $20,900. Willing to entertain offers.

Having known Bill from the good old days of our both owning E46 330 ZHPs, I can vouch for his cars. He is absolutely fanatical about only buying and installing OEM parts, and if something is not in absolutely brand new condition, he will replace it. His cars are always in NEW condition.

GLWS Bill, its a great looking car.

This is actually the reason mine went up on C&B. I also got mine rejected by BaT, so I turned to C&B. So far I've had a decently positive experience. The prices don't go as high as BaT, so temper your expectations some. They won't list the exact same models at the same time (I had to wait for one manual e91 to end before mine started) however I have noticed that they allow similar cars at the same time (they started a manual e61 less than a day after my auction went live). They worked with me some on the auction start dates, and respond pretty quickly. The auction listing doesn't take too long to go live. I think mine took 3 weeks, and I probably could've started about half a week earlier had I had enough pictures the first time around. Doug writing a blurb about your car is nice. It's not as in depth as BaT and at least for right now im seeing a lot more maintenance dubious cars going live. I'd also recommend still doing the leg work of advertising your auction yourself, it seemed to help a lot for me. If you have any other questions feel free to PM me (I don't check the forums very often)

Thanks bud! This car is not perfect aesthetically but I will do a thorough walk through of every blemish virtually before prospective buyers make a trip to see it. Also, the brake light has recently illuminated on the dash and I will taking that to my indy for servicing this weekend. I'm suspecting front and rear brakes will be replaced, and I will do a BFF and oil service at the same time. Also, as per my open check book policy, anything else found will be addressed.

Question for you and @GmGTrials - were you going with no reserve listings on BaT? They declined my e46 wagon a couple years back and never said why, but I assumed it was because high miles with a reserve.

I have a line on a loaded (sport, nav,HK,CA) LCI xdrive 6MT with ~100k miles. Damage shown on carfax to driver rear, but of course not sure what the extent of damage was. Whats a fair price? I was thinking 10-11k... or maybe just hoping.

The red carsandbids LCI with 90k went for $12k with less options. Seemed like a good number for that car. BaT prices obviously higher (and lower miles).

They never told me why. I'd assume same reason as you, since I wanted a reserve, but they just told me my car wouldn't be a good fit for their website

That should be a pricier car IMO. I was kinda surprised (and annoyed since it set the precedent for my car) that the red one on C&B went for what it did. The market seems split on whether tons of options is a good thing. I think options add to the value, but others disagree with me, stating that the more options the more can go wrong.

I've always found that argument (get a car with less options so less goes wrong) to be profoundly non-useful and inaccurate in practice. For example, back in late 2005 we were placing an order for my wife's car: 2006 330i 6MT ZSP...and the "less options is better crowd" would have argued not to order any other options perhaps...we loaded it up with ZPP, ZCP, PDC, comfort access, iDrive, sat radio. We had that car for over 13 years and 150k miles and enjoyed all those options throughout that time without issue...especially the comfort access.

We bought the E91 over four years ago now, but CA was one mandatory option along with heated seats. I've been hunting off and on for another RWD E91 ever since, and I don't even consider cars if they don't have: comfort access, heated seats, adaptive xenons, ZSP...it's a small subset for sure and makes the hunt much harder.

Agree with the above. I think it all depends on the buyers. Some want no options and probably won't drive as much or just want a simple "enthusiast" drive. Others may want more options as they may daily drive it and want to use those options more.

I super agree here. Coming from an e91 with my budget, it limited me on options, especially because I knew exactly what I wanted. When I found my F56, I was stoked, because it had comfort access, cold weather package, and harmon kardon, which were some of my biggest requirements. My e91 was my first car with equipment and it made me truly appreciate how much extras can add to a car
