Avant Garde M359 Center Cap Question
Has anyone bought any center caps for this wheel that fits? I just bought these in 18", and am trying to get some Carbon Fiber BMW caps to match the rest of my car, but i can't seem to find some that fit. Any help appreciated.

Probably need 68mm caps instead of the 70mm ones

Ive tried 68mm caps, but for some reason, not as snug. OEM caps for our cars are 68mm i believe. But i think the problem is that the curve of the center caps that came with the wheels are more then those of the oem ones, which are almost flat.

No i didn't find any aftermarket caps that fit. Didn't want to keep buying and checking. But like i said, i think the problem was the curve. i just used the AG caps, and they sent me bmw overlays as well.

I just changed my wheels to 19" AV M359's...
For the fronts I had to use my stock OEM caps. The fitment was a little off. For the rears, I used the caps the wheels came with. They fit perfectly. |

I got chrome center caps now...the blue and white got buffed out by accident. Trying to find replacement caps that fit. considering the overlayd
I was informed that prior to 2012 AG M359 reps used their own center caps and post 2012 AG M359 reps accept OEM Center caps. unable to verify source. Last edited by rogerdiaz; 11-29-2013 at 12:32 PM.. |

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00CVV...&pi=SY200_QL40 Mine look pretty damn good. It took me a while to find those that would fit and these fit! 100% and a very inexpensive solution too! plus you get a steering wheel emblem a hood and a trunk emblem as well, and if you own am e93 you know how hard it is to get another color emblem for our cars, it's a PITA! So I was surprised that this kit covered everything perfectly especially for an e93. Rear Trunk emblem, Avante Garde m359 center cap emblems, steering wheel emblem, and hood emblem. For less than $20. You can't beat that! I purchased the overlays for my solution prior to this. High quality overlays I think one sheet was like $25! It looked like crap and they peeled off over time, even though I cleaned my center caps before applying them. Overlays are no good, this solution looks and feels like OEM. seems like it's trial and error/hit and miss with those center caps.

VMR makes wheels that look like the M359's but are not as concave and aggressive as the m359's. The OEM wheel caps fit perfectly on those. It's not the size that's the problem, it's the inside part that goes into the center hub to click in.

I met him around 403 and Dundas. They fit great. I know he says he will continue to have caps. The link you sent should work though. 68MM works great. |
