Hi all,

After searching for a few days, I can't seem to find conclusive results for what I am after, particularly 15mm, 12mm I've found results.

I'm debating on whether to run 15 or 12 on my E92 sport + with 313 wheels for the rear without issues. I have 225/35/19 F, and 255/30/29 R

My offsets should be F 19x8 ET37 and R 9x19 ET39

I've measured to the edge of the rim I've around 25-30mm clearance from the edge of the rear arch to the rim face (not tyre angle, the tyres are not squared, slightly stretched, so the tyre wall is at a slight angle)

I'm also lowering the car probably on eibach pro's having done research on those I just want a very subtle drop and bring the front down more, so angle of camber under compression would probably change, if not then please advise.

main concern is people saying its going to rub, some saying it doesn't everyone probably has different tyre set up as well, so its kinda confusing, anyone running the same spec tyre and wheel width/offset with spacers?

you will be able to run a larger spacer than a 15mm and still not rub. i'd at least get a 20mm for the rear.

im running a 19x8.75 with a 25mm spacer. i barely rub.

10mm each side was maximum on E92 LCI.
15mm were only able with rolled fenders.
Tested on 2 e92 lci.

White Is stock with 10mm/side

Black ist rolled with 15mm/side.

Tires are Bridgestone RE050A RFT (Stock tire)

This is why when I was searching I was confused. One member saying go 20mm another said 10mm max, thank you for both your inputs, its proven my point completely, now I am even more confused.

So does the E92 LCI have a wider track or something compared to Pre LCI's? I've never heard of that before and can you tell me what wheels/spec (offset etc) of the black and white car? looks like 313's but not sure

I think it depends on if you have the sport suspension or not. My 2011 335is with the stock RFT's on OEM 19" 313's, I can only run 12mm spacers in the front and 10mm in the rear without rubbing. I tried the 12mm in the rear but they still rubbed over large bumps.

yep i have the sport suspension, and thank you for your reply, I think for the e92 LCI 10mm will do with no arch work. It would appear that the E92 LCI has different track or arch lining, I'm also lowering the car on Eibachs

I tried running 15mm in the rear when I first got the car and although it looked great, I just couldn't stand the rubbing over bumps and dips.

all clear! initially I wanted 12mm all round, its easier to get hold of a set with bolts. with 10 I have to buy things separately but I'm not looking for that silly stanced look, just to strengthen the OE look I already have without it looking boy racer, keeping it clean

Get the BMS spacers, they come with the correct bolts as a package.

I always buy H&R Blackline Spacers. They come with fitting bolts for your Model, when you search them specific for your Model.

I ran a 15mm front and it was perfect.
12mm rear and no rubbing. 15mm rubs a little on the rears. I'm dropped on H&R Sport and stock shocks.

I am currently on a stock suspension running the exact same wheel/tire specs except my wheels are style 225M's the older 335is wheels. I put 15mm upfront and 20mm on back and rub is absolutely ZERO. I could probably run 25mm on the back but thats pushing it, especially when i get my drop on KW V1's in the next month or so, when I do, I will report back if I begin to rub, till then I say 15mm up front and 20mm on the back. Good luck.

E92 preLCI Has exactly The Same Space as LCI.

are standard rear arches rolled already? just checked mine they're creased rather than a flat edge all the way round? what I mean is this, is it factory rolled already?
