KW V3 Front Bump Knob Keeps Spinning

Was changing my settings yesterday and for no apparent reason the driver side front knob no longer stops at "full soft" or "full hard." It will just keep spinning in either direction. I've tried tightening the set screw just enough to provide some resistance, and I've also fully loosened it. Still keeps spinning.

The shock is not leaking. Driving around, it doesn't seem like it's malfunctioning. Hard right turns don't seem any different.

So I'm guessing I haven't actually changed the setting, but instead the knob is no longer engaging.

Anyone have experience with this? Is it fixable? I am the second owner of these shocks so I'm not sure about the warranty options.
