Suggested Koni yellow shock settings?

Currently have H&R sport springs installed but will be adding some Koni yellows soon.

Any suggestions on what settings to have them at?

Mainly for street use (don't what to be crashing over potholes yet still have a sports oriented ride, if that makes any sense?) with the occasional track day.

Main concern is the rear struts, as some have mentioned I need to have them removed to re reset.

Thanks in advance

I'd run them about 1/2 way up from full soft. A little less if you prefer better ride quality.

What is the setting from the factory? Is it right in the middle?

From what i've searched, it's at full soft setting out of the box.

That's correct, but be sure to double check just in case.
