I'm in the Charlotte burbs, currently awaiting delivery of my 5th BMW from Hendrick. I'm either a satisfied customer, or very gullible...

when i bought my 335 hendrick wouldnt even touch the deal i got from my dealer in GA

The salseman also told me PC delivery would cost ~$500 (PC delivery is free).

the service guys are great though, and the member Booster, who works in parts, is great as well. Cant say a single bad thing about my experience at Hendrick so far. Just dont let them wash or detail your car...

I agree witht the above. Although I haven't had to have my new 335i serviced yet. Their senior service advisor met with me concerning my tint job I had done from another company. Even showed me other examples and called another outside guy he uses to see if he could fix mine. Went out of his way on a day they appeard fairly busy.

But the sales people I didn't even bother to go very far with. I bought my 335i thru Flow BMW in Winston Salem under the ED program. Hendrick didn't seem to want to deal much with that. Wouldn't even deal with me over the phone or email. Just wanted me to come in to talk $. No thanks! Needless to say, they lost a sure sale from me.

I agree as well. I am now 3 BMWs bought in ATL and just about to have another picked up at PC.

With each car I have given Hendrick a chance because their service dept is so good. Every time they have done something to try and burn me in the deal and I have walked. The last time they told me the could not give the deal I already had from emailing a few dealers..."we have over 150 employees to pay here"

IDK what Hendrick's deal is.

I work for Hendrick Motorsports and they gave me the biggest run around buying my wifes car. A month and a half of arguing on price later and they finally matched the deal I was getting in Atlanta. All that and I'm supposed to be "family". If it were only $20 a month off or something like that I wouldn't have been too upset but, we are talking $150 more a month for similar terms as the dealer in Atlanta.

. Some how they managed to get the numbers to magically work 6 weeks later though with no changes on our end of it.

However, now that we are looking to replace my Evo with a 335ci and we are on our second go round they have been much better to deal with. I think I'll be ordering my car sometime this week.

If you are going to buy a car there I would definitely ask to talk to Carrie Walker. She has been great to work with.

actually the dealer I got my car through was in Decatur, GA, which as far as I know is right next to Atlanta. You didnt use Nalley BMW did you?

Just moved back to North Carolina from overseas. Glad to see there are others in the area. I bought my car through the overseas military sales program and shipped it back to the states when my tour in the U.K. was over.

My friend was in the market for a 128i and global imports in ATL gave her a much better deal than Hendrick.

Anyway, does anybody live Uptown? Thinking about picking up a place in 5th and Poplar.
