I ordered a OBDII coding tool and may have it before the meet. If so I'll bring it and we can code some cars to have DVD-in-motion, fold mirrors with key fob or CA, etc...

2008-2010. Not sure on E92 LCI. Since it's OBDII I don't see why not.

kool i was looking to see how they fold the mirrors with the control i was looking and trying to do it with mines

yeah sounds like a deal its my first time going to a meet since i last gone to ricekiller but nah stop going there so this should be fun i got a buddy of mine with a 650i also ill talk to him to bring it down

You mean DRL's? Don't need a switch for that unless your built didn't include this feature?

Some years of the e90's didn't have AE's as DRL. Can't remember which, but I read it on the forum sometime.

Yea mine is only on when I turn it to Parking lights, or have the headlights fully on...besides that I don't AE as DRL

yeah i heard the same thing as well... and someone on the forum told me that up to 2008 didnt have it as a DRL feature but as i found out few weeks ago if i use my primary key then it doesnt work. but i had my secondary key remade when i bought the car as CPO and when i use it, it works as a DRL.

that's weird. my 07 e92 has my AE's as DRL...

yeah i know its bit odd. i understand if both keys did the same thing but the newer key seems to turn AE on all the time and original key always have AE off.

ill probably take it in next week to get this checked out. plus few others.

btw is headlamp washers standard on e92 with sportpack? because that dont ever seem to work either.
