So do you have to be on an email list to get the update? When will it be available to the masses? I just made the switch and am anxious to try this out!

"1) Tire Pressure Monitoring sytem reset command added to Command Center"

Is this the same as the reset TPMS function in idrive?

Shiv,

Not too sure if this is possible or feasible, but I have a suggestion for us 6AT guys. I noticed last time I was at autox I ended up knocking into 1st gear a couple times, destroying my times. This was both with the paddles and with the kickdown button. Would you be able to make a mode that would only respond to the gear shifter itself, and would ignore the paddles and kickdown? I know this is not an urgent need, but I think it'd be the best feature for those who track 6AT cars.

Cool! Thats awesome but what I was referring to is when nitrous is actually being sprayed will there will a light indicator like for instance when the hazards light up for progressive meth...Can you implement one for meth and the other light for nitrous activation, right now you have both left and right blinkers light up for progressive meth only..Maybe right for meth and left for nitrous activation....That would be awesome if you can implement this feature...

That's actually easy to do. We'll probably hold that off until the next update though. I really don't want to drag this update out any longer. The people are getting restless.

That's not a bad idea. I already switched to a manual wheel so no longer have a problem accidentally hitting a paddle. However, I do wish the kickdown button didn't engage. A couple seconds here and there waiting for the downshift to complete really wrecks your time.

Don't think I can change the 6AT kick-down logic anytime soon. As for the beta mailing list, we aren't even doing that for this update. I'm just going to email the update out to just handful of people tomorrow. And if that is all good, we'll post it publicly (as a beta update). Nothing really beta about it though.

So...the TPMS reset will allow me to install wheels without TPMS and get rid of the warning light? Or does this do the same thing as the TPMS reset available on Idrive?
