crankshaft pulley/ harmonic balancer

Question for you guys
My crankshaft pulley/ harmonic balancer has a noticeable wobble to it. Planning on purchasing the corteco brand from FCP euro. Anyway has anyone else replaced it already and did it actually correct the wobble issue?

Most E90 harmonic balancers had a degree of wobble, which I've been told by my dealer is normal. Granted, most dealers suck, mine included so there's a chance a new one won't show any improvement.

This may be a dumb question but serious question if my pulley wobbles enough can that cause the belt to slip off?? Kinda scared of my belt slipping off and destroying my engine
Currently almost at 160k

Throwing a belt won't destroy the engine, at least not imminently (shredded belt can work into the FMS and create a leak). You'll just lose all the accessories and car will stop pretty quickly once the alternator stops. Timing chains are under the front cover, so no risk of grenading. BUT, I would be concerned that the chains are being slowly fatigued due to an out of balance crank/sprocket/pulley.

I looked at my pulley today (wait that sounds weird..), and it spins nice and even.
