'07 335i Misfiring 4-6

Recently bought an '07 335i with roughly 160k.
From what I can tell the only thing done to the car is straight pipes (including downpipe).

Was driving and suddenly car goes into limp-mode (won't go over 10mph), starts shaking violently at idle, and get the check engine light with engine with diagonal line half filled.

My first thought was coils and plugs, replaced those but issue persists.

Scanned the car and here are the codes:
P0420 - Low Catalyst Efficiency Bank 1
P0430 - Low Catalyst Efficiency Bank 2
P0442 - Small Evap Leak
P0305 - Cylinder 5 Misfire
P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
P2315 - O2 Sensor Error Bank 2
P0041 - O2 Sensor Bank 1 /2 Swapped

I'm not sure how the previous owner installed the exhaust / sensors.
I'm wondering if the O2 sensors being off is causing the air fuel ratio to be off and in turn is causing the misfires. Could this be something as simple as tuning the car, do I need an entire new exhaust? Any and all help is appreciated.
