Amazon G-Plus FMIC.....so far so good!
So, I picked up one of the $216 G-Plus FMIC's off of Amazon. I found lots of reviews online where people had really good luck with them...I think a few guys here on the forum run them also.
It showed up in 2 days, and as far as I can tell......the quality is great! The welds look much nicer than the VRSF ones I've seen, and the flanges on it are machined perfect. The mounting tabs lined up perfect with the stock mounting holes.....it was a perfect fit. It's about 8.5" in front, and 6" in the rear....it looks almost identical to all of the other 7"-7.5" stepped ones I've seen (VSRF, Wagner, ARM, etc)...... It took me about 30 minutes to pull the old stock one that was full of bugs, rocks, and dirt out...and put this new one in. It slid right in with no clearance issues at all. The inlet/outlet plugged right in with no issues at all. It couldn't have been any easier to install it. I'll get out soon and run some logs, but for $216......I think it's a great FMIC for the price. It's got to be a lot better than the stock one....and hopefully on par with some of the other ones that preform well. If anyone is looking for a good FMIC as a great price.....I would take a look at this one. Hopefully the logs will provide some good results.

I purchased the same one and am running it with Stage 2+ MHD with FBO.
It has a great build quality, made for silicone or OEM connections, and it was super easy to install. Price is great. This is a no-brainer. |

If you could read in/out temps....you could easily see how "Good/efficient" the FMIC was. If it keeps my intake temps from rising like crazy (like the stock FMIC)...I'm happy. I'm pretty sure that like most things (downpipes, exhaust, etc, etc).....this FMIC is the same used by other well known companies.......but nobody will come out and say that. I think the fact that companies like VRSF, ARM, Warner, and others are not testing these G-Plus FMIC's to tell you how bad they are.......is proof that they are actually pretty darn good.

I ordered it as soon as I read this post, then realized that ARM is having 15% discount on everything...
G-Plus IC $216 + ARM Charge Pipe $99.45 = 315.45 vs ARM IC + CP combo = $343 hmmmm |

Yeah...that's a tough one. ARM makes good stuff.
Does the ARM FMIC have connections that work with the stock fittings...and silicone fittings if you want to upgrade to them? |

I'd say it's more along the lines of expense. Cheap FMICs come out all the time. It probably isn't worth their time or effort to test every product you can find on Amazon or eBay.

Either way.......this FMIC looks great, has quality welds, fits perfectly, and from others that have used it.....works great. Not bad for $216. |

I have been running a similar one I got on Amazon a few years ago and my IAT's are right in line with the other local guys that run VSRF 7", etc. I am FBO, MHD E50, 20psi and we have 130+ days a year over 100F.

Yep.....from everything I have read online.....the people that have these G-Plus Amazon FMIC's love them. Haven't seen a bad review on them anywhere.

I couldn’t be happier with my G plus stepped I/C on my n54. Install was super easy and IAT’s stay down. Nice build quality and holding up very well at 19psi. I actually had bought a new VRSF I/C I ended up returning and got this at half the price..

Anyway, since I cannot get my hands on it (or maybe there is some good soul who could repack it and ship to me?), how does this G-Plus compare to some of chinese aliexpress FMICs? Where is it manufactured? Because a lot of them are just rebadges of chinese ones... |

How can I contact G-Plus directly? I don't see any way of doing that through amazon unless I buy something, and I'd like to ask if they could ship to Europe (currently not available). Can anyone who bought the IC share some email address?
