Granted the last three were self inflicted

Cars been running well with no issues other than my garage door coming down across the bonnet

Paid next month's insurance it had initially gone up by over a hundred pounds to £650 but after speaking to a very nice chap at Grove & Dean I got it for £445 fully comp for myself & the missus mods declared, home start & UK recovery, protected ncb with a £250 excess.
Happy with that so stayed with them for another year, cheapest online quote was £505.

two new tyres on the rear, will get 4 wheel alignment done as soon as I can find somewhere open to do it, it hasn't been done for a couple of years.

Ouch! My 35i renews on Thursday as part of the home fleet on Multicover for £143 with £250 XS and guaranteed NCB. Then again both me and the other half as a named driver (even though she doesn't know where I hide the keys!) are both doddering old gits based in Nelson's County. Her indoors' Smart Car on the same policy £12 more expensive

So this month it’s cost me:
£156 for two new front lower Control arms
£216 for two front Michelin PS4’s
£30 hunter laser alignment
£140 for a forge charge air pipe with new gaskets
£6 for some quiksteel to repair the other charge air line (rubber pipe has chafed against the metal pipe and worn through).

It’s in for a recall at the end of the month so no doubt BMW will give me a further list of things that need changing/repairing 😂

Cable received and coding done. The SOS fault is now GONE!!!!

the year to date has cost a couple of tyres and four(!) tanks of fuel, insurance and some washer fluid. These 335 things are can be jolly cheap to run.

About $550 for a pair of new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires after only 16k miles; the fronts were still fine.

I also ordered $500 Covercraft outdoor cover for it my BMW which I will not have to park in the side yard to make room for my new 2014 Chevy Corvette Z51 Stingray in the garage.

I`ve also bought every fluid and filter the car takes for a complete all round refresh.
