Cic coding

Hello everyone, got question about retrofitted cic coding. Is it really difficult to get it working as oem, get it coded without any emulators, any guides?

The forum Car Technology has some great information about this. The key is getting the FSC certificates generated and installed. There's a free tool on that forum that will quickly activate a virginized CIC with just a usb drive. You might need to generate additional FSCs and install them with Gini version 14, or FSTOOL.
It's fairly technical, but there's good information and free tools.

Certain aspects of the job require some serious tools like icom a2+B MOST interface. It's certainly possible to DIY, though there will be a significant learning curve.

I can't provide you with external links, since that's against the rules of this forum, and the links would be censored. Go to the Car Technology forum (UK forum with green background). The BMW software page has tons of good software. At the top of the page you should see "BMW CIC PATCHER V2," read the info there

Why dont you google what was suggested !?
To code cic is very simple only thing you will need that is little more advanced is getting the FSC codes for maps, first you need to download CIC PATCHER and make the cic Virgin with that patcher (CIC has to be updated before cic patcher can be loaded not necessarily to the newest software but cant be the oldest version) if cic dont accept the patcher that will tell you that update is necessary, and you will need ICOM , than just use FsTool to load fsc codes, pm me and i can give you some more info DIY as you ask
