Update idrive firmware 2011 e90

hey group, first post here, i recently bought a 2011 320i and would like to update the software on the CIC idrive, i only have USB in the glovebox but i cant seem to get the vin number working on the bmw website to check for an update file,

it says - An error has occurred.

Have tried on different devices and cant get past it at all.

Has anybody an up to date file they could send me? cheers!

CIC only has firmware updates(done with ICOM); Beyond that its updated maps( done with glovebox usb).

The combox in the trunk gets software updates via the console USB
