H&R Race on E90 xi

Has anyone tried H&R race springs on xi?

I know they don't make them for xi, but as people have fitted H&R sport springs from i models to xi, I suppose it would not be a problem fitting race springs as well?

Sport spring seem to give good drop at the back, but for my taste the front could be a bit lower so I was thinking to try race springs as they lower the front a bit more. I think other options are installing H&R sport springs from i model to xi as they give a bit more drop or leaving the front suspension plate off as some have done.

I agree, you may want to consider a coilover setup since you are seeking a specific ride height

Price is the key element here. I will most probably install coilovers at some point, but now I just need a affordable solution.

doing that is gonna mess up your suspension,

its not worth it, your gonna where down your shocks soo quickly that your
gonna be spending more money then you intend to in the end.

I found some lowtec springs... they will give me a drop of 45 / 25 for the xdrive models. Hopefulyl that will take the rake away. I will post pictures as soon as I will get them installed.

why not just get h&r sport springs that are "i" specific and try taking off the spacer plates in the front.
