Please forgive my ignorance, but, how is this beautiful machine not legal in California? Is it emissions related?

Moreover, do you know in what other states is it not legal?

I'd jump on this but I am looking for this in a convertible...

Yes, it’s emmissions related. This vehicle was registered in Florida where there is no vehicle inspections.

I apologize for the delay. My family has a lot going on right now.

UPDATE: This vehicle is currently in negotiations with a very motivated buyer. We are currently working through some logistics, but I'm quite certain this car will be sold by the end of the week.

If anything changes, I will promptly post the car for sale again and contact the folks who have shown interest.
