Tyre pressures - 19's

What is the recommended pressures for a 235 35 19 and 265 30 19 set up on a E91 Lci?
Just put new wheels on this evening (gone from 18's to 19's) and not quite sure what pressures to run. We've gone for 37psi on the front and 40 (I think on the rear).

Once the car has been valeted I'll post a thread up with some pics!

RFT's or not?

There should be a label on the B pillar that gives recommended pressures for your particular car

They're not run flats and there is no recommendation for the size combination I have hence the request on here.
I've gone for 35 & 42 as suggested by ppointer.

Just keep an eye on the wear pattern then. If there is excessive wear in the middle of the tread let a bit of air out but I doubt if you are far away.

2.5 bar is about 36.3 psi which seems a bit low for 30 profile tyres but if it works for you and you don't crack your rims

Jesus 40+ on the rear!

Mine eat the middle section rapidly with anything over 35.

Fronts run at 36-37. They like to chew the inner edge so I try to keep the centre higher to alleviate the wear a bit. Not really sure it works mind you!

Non RFT's on the updated not so brittle 19's

It states 2.5 bar front & rear on my door frame sticker & was confirmed by Bmw technician over 8 years ago when I first bought the car & changed to no rft.

You don't say what body style you have beyond a 3L diesel.
The OP has a 4 door, Chappers a 2 door, and I have a lardy drop top so it's a bit like comparing apples with pears anyway to be honest.
Tyre sidewall stiffness will also make a difference so you might find with a different brand of tyre you need to run different pressures.

Quite frankly I never wear tyres out anyway with the mileage I do. I either have to replace them due to unrepairable punctures or they get so old that the rubber gets hard and brittle with huge cracks all over the place and they would never pass an MOT! The last full set of 4 I replaced still had 6mm tread remaining.
