Shell Helix or Castrol Edge/Titanium?

As title states, what do you guys recommend/use?

My car is due in for a service this week.

Although BMW have moved away from Castrol I still use it tbh if required.

Any one of those will be fine, just personal choice. All high quality oils are fine. Just don't bother with magnatec that's more for older engines.
