$10 a head is very fair. I had a few BBQ meets in the past with E39 guys and $10 was good for burgers/dogs and beer. Since we cant have our friend alcy with us $10 a head will suffice. But a head count would be best prior so we know how much food we need.

well i havent really posted this around.... just here & e46fan.... i thought Sal was going to organize with me and getting the m3 forum involved but i have no idea whats going

i could get alot more groups involved but should i??

btw i think $10/pp is a bit high... im gonna go to costco this weekend and see how much everything is.... im also considering having people paypal me prior.... if people dont show up and i get all of this stuff, i dont think it would be fair to me, ya know?

Lana why not just buy everything. Once we get to the meet we see how many PEOPLE not cars came and just divide it up accordingly. If you want i can help you with the food but under one condition. You limit my slaps to no more than 2 a day. Even if i say something dumbass. And thats good up until midnight on the 22nd. Those are my conditions. LOL. We can always go the Friday before and buy everything. But its your call.

that sounds completely retarded....you want me to buy food for an unconfirmed amount people and then magically expect everyone to chip in the day of? what if it ends up being $20 pp because people didnt showup??

we get a confirmed amount of people. And anticipate that 5% dont show up. Big deal if its 10 or 20 a person. If we all went to get lunch we would be spending anywhere between 10-20 a person anyway. Unless you have a better idea. And i didnt say you had to buy the food. You asked someone to help I said ide help out. You just dont want me to help cause i gave you certain stipulations huh LOL. you just want to give me slaps LOL. I see how it is.

Ummm not really but ok. $20 a head for burgers & hotdogs is ridiculous. I asked for someone to help with the other stuff like either finding a place up there- which clearly you abandoned or to get the grilling stuff.
