2010 I drive firmware update

Trying to find someone in the south west (Newquay) who can update my firmware and software for my 2010 (01) I drive, also to do map update and some other coding (mirrors, fuel reserve warning etc). I've tried messaging two people (Makkan) and a local guy neither have replied, any suggestions are appreciated!

Firmware update on the idrive will take over a 2 hours, the maps another 20 minutes

Do you have an independent bmw place near you that can do it.?
