We've got to redraw the cad, modify the mold, retool the production line (the dozen or do CNC's used to machine the wheels). Not a small undertaking but several dozen only covers the expense of those changes plus another plane ticket for me to the factory

haha..understood.

So the other question is....will the 19x10 +25 be even more concave than the 19x10 +38 pictured on the E92?

Best match at the rear would than be a 275-30/19? Would the 10 wide fit without fender rolling on a slightly lowered (1.5 inch) E92 with 265-30/19 (Goodyear F1 Asym)?

Do you guys think an e92 can run 19x10 with 275's if its a rounded side wall tire, such as T1R's?

Or would that be counter productive compared to 265's with a squared sidewall? because there would be the same tire contact on the road?

With a E92, I would recommend going with a 265/30/19 since the car is lowered. Fenders will most likely need some massaging.

Is the car lowered? 275's will probably work with fender rolling/flaring. I suggest going with a 265 to stay in on the safe side from any rubbing issues.

If you are looking for a better contact patch, then 275's would be more ideal in a high-performance environment. On the other hand, if you are just daily driving the car, you wont notice the difference.

I am going to try it on mine, not lowered however, with Falken FK-452s. Also going with 245s in the front to not encourage too much understeer.

That was my issue when deciding between the 19x10 VMR CSL and the AluFelgen CSL. Although I would love a nice 19x10 in the back, with a 19x8.5 in the front I would only make things worst and the face of the VMR CSL doesnt look like the original either. Let us know how it goes though.

The reason I went with the VMR's is because of their hyperblack color, which I personally thinks looks the best on a black car. Even though not necessarily exactly like OEM CSLs, they VMR's actually look better IMO. I could care less if they look exactly like the OEM, as long as they look good...It's not like OEM CSLs were stock for our cars anyway.

The AluFelgen's look like nice wheels, but just not what I wanted.

245/35/19 and 275/30/19 will put your tire sizing on par with what M3's use. Please be sure to provide us with some pictures when everything is on.

For those who would like to stay conservative on the tire sizing, 19x8.5 on 235/35/19 and 19x10 on 265/30/19 will work perfectly with no problems!

Shoot me over your full name and I can double check if you'll get them by Fri. Since you're in CO, it should only take about 3 business days for arrival once it leaves our ware house.
