if its error free on his E46 330ci, it doesn't mean it'll be error free on your E90 330i.. MY06 threw error on 2 sets of H11 HID I tried. will know for sure once he post pix

^ I have OEM HIDs on my E46 with the same GE D2S 5200k bulbs, no aftermarket HID kit needed.

This is brand new, never installed. I special ordered this for one of my customers with an e90 330i but he's trading in for an //M

I don't have pics installed but with the GE bulbs (GE 5200k = 6k) the output is the same as Philips Ultinon 6k.

Notice the special Red-Metal Halide salts that give it's unique color, just like the Philips Ultinon:
