Spark plugs are covered, call BMWUSA and have them confirm the maintenance and hand the phone over to the SA so they can hear it first hand.

I doubt injectors would be covered under maintenence... Generally dont change em that much except for our cars...

They are covered under mantinence if they are worn out and your CBS says its due. They are not covered if your injectors are crap and fouled the plugs

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe spark plugs are not a CBS item. That is why most SA/Dealers try to refuse to change them at 45k. On the 335i that is when they are due however, and they are covered under both the original and extended maintenance programs.

OP fight the dealer to change the plugs. They are wrong. However, injectors are not considered maintenance items.

there is a cbs entry for spark plugs. what does yours say? cbs can vary though depending on your driving pattern. so if you are at 45k and the cbs says its due at 50k i dont think they will change it. the spark plug interval is 45k though. injectors have no service interval and are not covered by CBS.

I had a rough idle on start where I felt the car shaking but it would go away once the car was warm. I just had long talk with manger and they said they will replace the injector and spark plugs if they are faulty.

spark plug is maintenance so it should cover but not injector. I also have same problem as you, rough idle on start. They wont replace it unless your car throws service light. I would try spark plugs first, coil second and walnut blasting third. If not its your injector(s). GL

I just left the dealership right now and they said I had a leak on one of the injectors..whatever that means and they will also change the spark plugs.

I told them about it and they said it was fine and I knew they were BS'ing. When I went to go pick up the car I took one of the mechanic with me to the car to do cold start. He witnessed the rough idle and said the same thing that the car is not throwing any codes. He said it was normal. I was like are you serious!! I was like take me out to the lot right now start up one of the pre-owned or new cars and If they have the same idle I would leave. He shut up rite there and said they will open up the car and see what's going on. And the injector was leaking or sumting like that. They will replace the injectors and spark plugs.
